RENTAL TERMS

• You must be in possession of a valid driver’s licence.
• Please note that any licence that is not printed in Roman alphabet must be accompanied by a valid international driver’s licence.
• We will also request a valid ID or passport when we deliver the vehicle to you.
• Please note that minimum driving age in Panama is 21 years old.

Alteration of bookings / cancellations

• Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your booking. We will be as flexible as we can.

Payments

• Cash payment, US or Panama Bank Transfer, Zelle, Yappy etc… are preferred

Please note that you may be requested to pay a reasonable, fully refundable deposit.

General Insurance Conditions

• All vehicle come with a full third-party damage coverage policy
• Customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle
• In case of accident, please contact ASSA: 6601 2772

General Rules

• Smoking in the vehicle is not allowed – a fine of $100 will be imposed
• Any cost for loss of keys is to be beared by the rental party
• Please contact us for delivery and collection, we will try to be as flexible as possible
• Please note that this is a rental service within the Republic of Panama only
• All vehicles must be returned with at least the same level of fuel that when it was delivered
